Hazelnut Twigs

This one's specifically designed to be dunked in your morning brew, it's a modern take on a classic biscotti. On their own, they offer a delightful addicting crunch with character. Made with a less common variety of hazelnuts- Ennis, grown by Uncle Joe's farm in Marlborough. Honestly the best hazelnuts I've come across in my baking career. 

Pssss, I know I'm not supposed to name favourites, but this one's it! I always keep a jar stashed away for my morning flattie. I've even been known to carry them everywhere in my handbag so I'm always ready for an exceptional coffee & biscuit moment!
