This is a spiced mince pie with a very unique ingredient- organic NZ grown Japanese Ume plums that have been preserved in honey for more than 8 years. It gives these mince pies a bright candy-like flavour and dense chewy texture that's unlike any other. It's also a beautiful synergy of different passions, projects, creative pursuits being woven together over a cup of Miller's Coffee. As they say, the result is a product that is greater than the sum of its parts.
