Our Goal

The goal we’ve set for ourselves is to produce a series of packaged foods using organic ingredients whenever possible. We’d like to find a way to make good pastries more accessible to everyone. Ideally, we’d encourage you to support a local baker who uses quality ingredients, but we recognize that it’s not always available. The next best alternative would be to make it yourself, and we’ll try our best to show you how. For those who simply don’t have the time in your busy schedule, we’d be happy to have our products shipped to your door. Or hopefully someday, you’ll be able to find our products in your nearest grocery store.

In essence, we want to fill the space between your neighbourhood bakery and packaged products made with highly processed ingredients. We believe we can produce a shelf stable product with better ingredients. While we work towards our goal, we want to share our baking experiments as well as the exciting (and terrifying) path of starting a business.

If you’re feeling generous, we’re ready to accept donations. In the short term, your donation will go towards baking ingredients, handy tools, and better eco-friendly packaging. In the long term, we’d like to send our products to a testing lab to determine its shelf life once we’ve nailed down something we’re proud of. At the end of the day, we want to develop recipes and research techniques to make products with naturally long shelf lives.
